We will reference lessons from John C Maxwells The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth which is the book used in the TGC Roundtables. If you haven’t purchased your copy and would like to click the button below, but it not mandatory to do so. 

If you have participated in a TGC Round table, we will continue to apply the principles of The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth and the TGC Growth Guide that were used in the Roundtable. 

If you do not have a TGC Growth Guide, click the button to download the guide and all the welcome information for future reference.

We believe creating a safe place to share is critical and confidentiality is of utmost importance. Therefore, we will meet on Zoom, via the same link, every other Monday from 6:30-7:30. 

We WILL start and end on time, so if you would like to network or chit chat, plan to jump on a few minutes early. We will open the room by 6:20 to allow for networking and connecting.

In preparation for your first session, be prepared to introduce yourself 

• Name
• 1-2 words that describe yourself.
• One area of personal / professional growth that you would like to improve. (e.g.) I’d like to… gain more confidence in self; learn better boundaries for myself; better understand how and why I react to situations the way I do; better understand the limiting beliefs that get in the way of my success. etc.

For all sessions, take a few minutes to think about a topic of discussion that would be useful for you to share in the group. We will do our best to discuss as many as possible. If you are prepared, we are more likely to be able to help.

These types of experiences are life changing! The more you lean into the process, the more you will get out of it. The relationships you build will be lifetime. Please make the commitment to attend as many sessions as possible. You deserve the investment and your fellow participants are counting on you to engage.
